This Imperial stout is a combo of 3 stouts aged in highland, lowland and speyside barrels for over a year.
Along side Cocao and smoked Mexican chillis.
Expect Scottish whisky flavours along with fruity & mild smokey chilli’s, Chocolate, wood and booze,

Noctivaga

This Barley wine is 13.5% abv and a Blend of 2 barrels, one aged in a Islay whisky barrel. and the other a Highland barrel.
Expect peaty Islay whisky smoke, some sherry lots of fruity notes, wood and lots of booze, this will change as it ages.
