Our Beer

...will be brewed in tiny scale batches to enable our aim to barrel age and whilst the range will be based on common themes (chili, umami, etc). We will not initially repeat identical beers. Keeping the range fresh and evolving is, we think, what our customers want and this ever-changing range will add ongoing appeal and interest in the brand and beers.
We’ll continue to brew, as we have done for 5 years, in our spare time brewing one beer per month at least. Our aspirations are to produce top-notch beers, build a loyal following and establish our brand as the market leader in this segment. If we can cover our costs and get to drink great beer we brew ourselves, we’ll be happy but there is always a chance this will take off and let us get out of the day jobs!
